Our public endpoints (including /api/ip, /api/ipv4, /api/ipv6, /api/raw, and /api/lookup) are subject to automated rate limiting to ensure quality of service for all users:

4. Geolocation Accuracy Disclaimer

IP address geolocation mapping is derived from public registry routing tables, BGP announcements, and ISP Point-of-Presence (PoP) hub allocations. Geolocation data is approximate and provided solely for diagnostic, debugging, and analytical purposes.

wmip.dev does not guarantee precise physical location coordinates, specific postal addresses, or legal identity matching. Geolocation data should never be relied upon for emergency dispatch services, life-critical applications, or legal identification.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
